  • Can I return and / or exchange goods?
    Yes of course you can return or exchange goods, except, however, digital content (downloads) and disks (CD, vinyl, DVD), because it can not be excluded that a copy has been created. If you only tried the goods and did not use, wash, damage, etc. them, you can return the goods without giving reasons within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Inform us of your decision, and send the goods back to us. We will then refund the money or send you by arrangement a suitable replacement.
  • How much does that cost me the exchange?
    You pay the return and we’ll send you the new shipment for free. We find that a fair and simple solution for both sides.
  • If my parcel is missing?
    In case the customer decides for delivery without tracknumber (we don't recommend) , Kob Records cannot be held responsible in any way for failed delivery or disappearance of the parcel. No refunds can be given in such circumstances.
